These Terms & Conditions govern your use of x777ee and all services provided through the x777ee platform. Please read them carefully. By registering, accessing, or using x777ee, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
x777ee is strictly for players aged 21 and above, per Philippine law. Account creation and first withdrawal require verified age documentation. No exceptions.
Each player may hold only one x777ee account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
All x777ee games use certified, independently audited RNG systems. x777ee does not modify game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the certified game logic of each provider.

If x777ee identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances — including Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds — may be forfeited without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, x777ee requires completion of its KYC verification process. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or PRC Professional ID. x777ee may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account registered to your verified name). Accounts with pending KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. x777ee will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Deposits: x777ee accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and other approved payment channels as may be updated from time to time. The minimum deposit amount at x777ee is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your x777ee Account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider and are generally processed in real time for e-wallet methods.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your name that match your verified KYC identity. x777ee reserves the right to return funds to the same payment source used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal request is approved, x777ee may verify that all deposited funds have been wagered at least once in real money play (this requirement excludes Bonus Funds, which are subject to separate wagering requirements). x777ee reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks for any withdrawal request it deems necessary for security or compliance purposes.
Currency: All x777ee Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). x777ee does not charge currency conversion fees; however, fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player.
x777ee reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
x777ee offers various promotional programs including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your x777ee Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated in each individual promotion's terms. x777ee reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
Bonus Abuse: x777ee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using any strategy that x777ee, in its reasonable judgment, considers abusive of its promotional programs. x777ee reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them in cases of suspected abuse.
x777ee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional program at any time without prior notice, provided that any active bonus already accepted and in the process of wagering completion will be honored under its original terms.
Each game available on x777ee is governed by its own specific rules provided by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money. x777ee makes game rules available within each game interface or through the game provider's published documentation.
All games on x777ee use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and compliance. x777ee does not modify the RNG outcomes of any game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, game freezes, or software errors — x777ee's policy is to void the affected round and return any stake wagered to the player's account wallet. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x777ee and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, x777ee may forfeit any remaining balance, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals associated with the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player breach (e.g., player-initiated voluntary closure), any verifiable real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Players who wish to close their x777ee Account voluntarily may do so by contacting x777ee support via Live Chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
All content on the x777ee Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, audiovisual materials, text, and user interface design — is the property of x777ee or its licensors (including game providers) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the x777ee Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any x777ee content.

x777ee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the player's use of x777ee, whether or not x777ee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
x777ee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances beyond x777ee's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. x777ee will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits x777ee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between a player and x777ee arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting x777ee's customer support team. x777ee aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of a complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are Philippine residents may also have rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law that are not affected by this clause.
x777ee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, x777ee will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of x777ee following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using x777ee and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
